Secure Lottery Pool Management

LibeFI is a secure lottery pooling platform. We act as a courier service to pool your funds with other players and physically purchase official Powerball and Mega Millions tickets on your behalf from licensed state lottery retailers. By playing collectively, we can purchase hundreds of tickets per drawing, significantly increasing our statistical odds of winning compared to playing alone.

It works in a simple cycle:

1. Join a Pool: Users join an open pool within their jurisdiction and contribute funds from the digital wallet.
2. We Purchase: Once the pool gets funded, LibeFI physically purchases official lottery tickets from licensed retailers using the pooled money.
3. We Secure: We scan every ticket and upload the images to the app for transparency, storing the physical copies in a secure vault.
4. We Distribute: If any ticket in the pool wins, the prize is automatically collected and distributed to all participants proportional to their share.

Winnings are automatically calculated based on your share of the pool. If you bought 1 share in a 10-person pool, you get 10% of the prize automatically credited to your wallet.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 years old depending on jurisdiction) to register and participate. We strictly verify age and identity during sign-up to comply with state gaming regulations.

1. Register: Create an account and complete the identity verification.
2. Fund Wallet: Link a bank account and deposit funds into your secure LibeFI wallet.
3. Join a Pool: Browse active pools in your state and contribute an amount (minimum $10).
4. View Tickets: View the high-resolution scans of the group's tickets right in the app.
5. Collect Winnings: If the pool wins, your share is automatically distributed to your wallet.

No. LibeFI is strictly a courier service. We do not run the lottery, generate numbers, or conduct drawings. All games are official state lotteries operated by the respective state commissions. We simply act as a messenger to buy the tickets on your behalf.

We purchase real paper tickets from licensed retailers. These tickets are scanned for digital proof and then physically stored in a fireproof, access-controlled vault at our headquarters. They remain there as the ultimate proof of ownership until the drawing is finalized and any prizes are claimed.

We charge a small service fee at the time of contribution to cover the labor of purchasing, scanning, and securing tickets. We do not take a percentage of your winnings.

• 12% fee for contributions between $10 – $20.
• 10% fee for contributions between $30 – $50.
• 8% fee for contributions over $50.

When you contribute to a pool, your funds are reserved securely. Our representatives then use the total accumulated funds to purchase the tickets in bulk. These tickets are processed, scanned, and assigned to the pool, making them visible to all participants before the drawing takes place.

Yes. LibeFI operates under the legal framework of a courier service. We are buying tickets on your behalf, which is permitted in the jurisdictions we serve. Security is our priority: we use bank-grade encryption for your financial data, perform mandatory ID verification, and maintain immutable audit logs for every transaction and ticket upload.

Any individual prize below $600 is automatically distributed to your LibeFI wallet. To withdraw:

1. Go to your Wallet tab and tap Withdraw.
2. Select your linked bank account.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount.

Note: Large withdrawals are reviewed by our finance team for security (usually within 24 hours) before being sent via ACH transfer.

For Jackpot prizes (and any individual prize over $600), the process is slightly different to comply with federal tax laws and state lottery regulations:

1. Notification: We immediately notify all participants via email or phone.
2. No Instant Distribution: Unlike smaller prizes, Jackpot funds are not automatically distributed to your app wallet. The State Lottery Commission pays these prizes directly to ensure tax compliance.
3. The Claim: LibeFI facilitates the claim process. We organize the winning group (often by forming a temporary "Winner's Trust") to claim the prize collectively from the Lottery Commission.
4. Payout: Once the State processes the claim, they issue the funds (via check or wire) to the Trust, which we then distribute the exact share to your verified bank account. We guide you through every step of this process.
